When Nissan rolled out the new GT-R supercar, they changed the way we think about performance – and they’re about to do it again. The 2014 Nissan GT-R will debut in a few days at the LA Auto Show and will feature some new touches and innovations that will pump up its already incredible performance.
Able to tackle the highways and speedways with equal vigor, the Nissan GT-R is a fantastic all-around car that is capable of showing its taillights to just about anything on the road. Nissan didn’t see any need to increase the car’s already incredible power, which stands at 545 horsepower and 463 pound-feet of torque. Instead, they made the car easier to drive. New fuel injectors aid throttle response in the meat of the power band, and a new baffled oil pan helps lubrication during high-speed cornering.
Meanwhile, the suspension has seen a few revisions to make it more stable at speed, including relocating the bushing link in the front end and adding all-new shock absorbers and springs that improve the 2014 model’s center of gravity.
The Nissan GT-R is a performance monster, and it’s amazing that Nissan has managed to further improve the already impeccable package. If you’re looking for the finest Japanese sports car, visit our Nissan GT-R dealership in Milwaukee today.
The LA Auto Show starts in a few days and we can’t wait! Why? Because it will be the North American debut of the 2014 Kia Forte sedan. We’ve always loved the Forte’s mix of style, performance and efficiency, and the next-generation model should be even better.
Kia has released a single photo of the new Forte, and we must admit that we’re impressed. Kia vehicles have always had an edge when it comes to style, but they’ve gone above and beyond this time. With its sleek lines and dramatic curves, the Forte will look like nothing else on the road. The upscale design certainly belies the model’s affordable price tag, too!
While details on the newest model have yet to be released, we’re sure the 2014 Forte will pick up where the outgoing model left off, raising heartbeats without draining wallets. If you’re looking for a great compact car, stop by our Kia Forte dealership in Chicagoland today! Stay tuned for more details on the new Forte.
